Uk Border Agency (UKBA) Tier 2 Sponsorship Management System (SMS)
Sunrise Solutions has an A rated Sponsors Licence issued by the UKBA.
If it has not been possible to find a suitably qualified candidate within the European Union, we are able to sponsor a non-european applicant through the UKBA SMS points based process.
This opportunity is only open to skilled / semi-skilled candidates who possess an internationally recognised formal qualification (NVQ or SVQ Level 3 or degree / diploma) that is relevant to the job being applied for. The candidate must also have a good level of English (tested), previous job references that we can check, no criminal record and documentary evidence (bank statements) that the candidate has the ability to support themselves for at least a month (£800 minimum) until they receive their first wage.
All the above will be checked by the UK Border Agency prior to permission being granted to enter the UK to work for a period of three years and one month , which is extendable for two years.
The cost of the Sponsorship Licence is £170. This is deducted from the first wage.
