Sunrise Solutions supplies workers on either Permanent placements or Fixed Term contracts usually resulting in permanent employment.
Sunrise Solutions is not a "Temp Agency". All orders in the form of either Permanent placements or Fixed Term contracts, are taken well in advance of the start date and workers are specifically sourced for that particular job either locally, or failing that, from Member States of the European Union or, for a skilled job, from non European countries.
Rates for workers on Fixed Term contracts (min 6 months) are comparable to normal Agency rates but your company's savings will be appreciable. You will get the same person working for you each day, building a loyal and regular workforce, saving on costly training and supervision and at the end of the Fixed Term contract, you can either take the worker onto your payroll permanently at no extra cost or Sunrise Solutions can extend the contract and retain the worker on their payroll.
